The Ochsen stands for "meat enjoyment with family tradition", because top quality meat and hospitality have been a tradition at the Gasthof zum Ochsen in Arlesheim near Basel for over 300 years. Barbara and Christoph Jenzer not only run the in-house butchery but also the hotel, which was completely renovated in 2017.
